At DSECTORS SERVICES LTD., we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy services to our clients. However, as our products are service-based and intangible in nature, we do not have a return policy in place. Once a consultancy service has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Refund Policy


We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise where a client believes that the delivered service does not meet the specified requirements and scope. In such cases, we are open to considering partial refunds.


3. Eligibility for Refund


To be eligible for a partial refund, the following conditions must be met:


The client must provide sufficient evidence that the delivered service does not align with the initially agreed-upon requirements and scope as outlined in the service description.

4. Refund Process

If the claim is found to be valid, we will initiate a partial refund, the amount of which will be determined based on the extent of non-compliance with the agreed-upon requirements and scope.


The refund will be processed within 15 to 21 business days from the approval of the refund request.


5. Refund Amount


The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the degree to which the delivered service deviates from the agreed-upon requirements and scope. The maximum refund amount will not exceed the original purchase price of the service.
